MADE IN THE USA

PineKorps strives to produce and manufacture all our products in-house with American sourced material and goods. Our goal is to be 100% MADE IN AMERICA and sourced from AMERICAN made only goods.

For full disclosure, Items will be listed in the description on whether its Truly American sourced or Assembled in the USA" or "Made in USA with imported parts" 

Assembled in the USA" or "Made in USA with imported parts"

 What does this mean? Assembled in the USA means what it states. The items needed to make the product are received and assembled in house. What could this look like? Blank shirts received are manufactured out of country like Mexico or south America. Then the design is made in-house or Assembled in the USA. 

Made in the USA with imported parts is essentially the same thing. 

SHIPPING

 Pinekorps is ran by one individual. Its the definition of a small business. This isn't AMAZON. You will not get the item the next day. The item you buy can take upwards to 5-7 days to be packaged and shipped. Pay attention to your shopify tracking number on when items are shipped.

We primarily ship with USPS as it saves you the buyer on shipping costs.

RETURN POLICY

We accept returns up to 30 days from purchase of product.

If you receive a item that is defective or damage, Please contact us. 

In most cases we will refund or replace said product with proof that item is defective or damaged. 

THIS DOES NOT COUNT FOR TEST BATCHES, TEST BATCHES ARE NON REFUNDABLE AS YOU'RE BUYING IT WITH KNOWN DISCREPENCIES, but I totally appreciate your support. The product will list in the description if a test product or not.
